Taste Tested in Japan
Recently our Magister Squid was given to a Master Fugu chef in Yamagata, Japan, to prepare as sashimi. A Wine and Saki sommelier, the President of “Hidden Japan”, and the President of Little Tokyo, Los Angeles were invited to taste test. As others before them, Magister squid was found to be very soft and flavorful when compared to other squid available in Japan.
